PTO

Welcome to the Valley View PTO webpage! 

The PTO consists of teachers and parents, guardians, and families of students enrolled at Valley View. Everyone who cares for a child at Valley View is welcome to join! The PTO is one way that parents and families can learn more about students’ education and build a strong school community. 
Our PTO is all about helping our children succeed, through fundraising, advocacy, and hosting educational and social events. There is so much uncertainty about what this school year will be like; all we can count on is that it will continue to change. Our PTO is committed to serving as a point of support and community throughout this unprecedented year.

Monthly Meetings

Meetings are held once a month, generally the second Thursday, at 6 p.m. We are currently meeting virtually via Zoom. A Spanish interpreter is available at the meetings. Meeting notes are posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages and can also be requested from the President.

Participation
We welcome meeting attendance and participation from all parents and caregivers of Valley View students and all Valley View teachers. Participate as much as you would like - attend meetings; read meeting notes; share ideas and feedback; volunteer for board positions or committees; participate in events like the family picnic, carnival, fun run, and fundraisers; and more! The more involvement we have, the stronger our community at Valley View.
