PTO

 

Our PTO is committed to building a strong school community through fundraising, advocacy, and engaging events. We believe every family’s voice matters and encourage all to get involved—whether by attending meetings, sharing your ideas, or volunteering your time. Your involvement helps create a welcoming, supportive school.

 

Please know that Valley View is a safe, supportive place for all, and the PTO is here to listen, advocate, and help however we can. If your family has concerns, needs, or questions—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here for you.

 

 

We hold regular monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of the month at 4:30 p.m. We are also continuing our morning Family Engagement meetings following each Parent Academy. All of our meetings are open to all family members and guardians, including children. We will provide Spanish translation services at every meeting. If you need translation in another language, please email me at valleyviewmnpto@gmail.com, and we will arrange for an interpreter.

Participation

We welcome meeting attendance and participation from all parents and caregivers of Valley View students and all Valley View teachers. Participate as much as you would like - attend meetings; read meeting notes; share ideas and feedback; volunteer for board positions or committees; participate in events like the family picnic, carnival, fun run, and fundraisers; and more! The more involvement we have, the stronger our community at Valley View.
